Could you please rephrase "that is beyond normalcy" here in this context?

—————-
Futures market is where the world oil price surges occur beyond the usual limit. This trade system must be restructurized so that it can prevent any movement of oil prices *that is beyond normalcy* and in order that the futures market is not be used as a speculative media.

1. Change "restructurized" (incorrect) to "restructured."

2. There is no "usual limit" imposed on the price of oil futures; and I have no idea what you intend to convey with the use of the phrase "speculative media." Nevertheless, the text below might replace your second sentence to make it clearer:

"This trading system must be restructured in order to moderate the volatility in the price of oil futures that has resulted in widespread speculation by traders."
OR
"This trading system must be restructured by placing a cap on the price of oil futures thereby reducing the speculative bubble that has driven prices higher and higher."

I must add that market forces are driven, in the main, by supply and demand and the availability of credit. In my view, your argument is flawed. However, it is your argument, and I hope that my suggestions make it easier for you to express it with more clarity.

Is their Future for the Multilateral Trade System ==> WTO?

Posted by admin

WTO = World Trade Organization, and in another story its refere to "WTO=World Talking Outofmind" … with all respect … I am just kidding ;-)

Whether or not there is a future depends on the individual countries involved. In the past, globalization has tended to benefit the poorer countries over the existing industrialized powers. However, there is substantial political pressure in the industrialized countries in support for some policies which would greatly disadvantage the poorer countries. For the system to continue to progress, there needs to be a consensus on the following issues: 1) what labor and environmental standards, if any, should apply to all countries; 2) what governmental supports, if any, should be allowed for different industries; 3) what protection of property rights (both intellectual and investments), openness to foreign investment, and currency mobility should be required for participation in the WTO.
