- Make Money In the Bull Market: We start with reviewing and going into details on how to make sure that you can make money in the Bull Market.
These types of systems are known as Long-Term Trend Following systems which kick in full force once the Bull Market is established.
They are not there for just making money, they are there to make MUCH MORE than what the typical index does (S&P 500 as an example).
It all sounds good - but can you trade just them? The answer is -- It's going to be tough to do!!!
Why is it so tough? Well, because they have these prolonged drawdowns when the market is the correction or a bear market territory. This is where people will give up and no longer trade it...
BUT....
That's not what these systems do! The make money when there is a Bull Market, remember?
See what I mean above?
It's easy to see that we will outperform the market in the long run...We just need to survive during the drawdown times, but that means that we need to be patient!

Patience, though, is not a virtue of a typical human being!
That's why we need to introduce other systems to our toolbox to compensate for all these drawdowns...
- Let's protect our money when the market is in the Bear Market or Correction territory: We will have a different protective type of systems to now Short the stocks to prop our curve up (and reduce the drawdowns)
We must protect our capital and we will use different strategies for that.
The first one is a Protective Mean Reversion Short strategy, which props us up when the market is in trouble. Even now, as I write this in April 2025, I can see that the market is in trouble and this system is already working and it's working nicely!

This is what is called "non-correlation" in action for you!
Now, if we start combining systems together, we will start getting better and better looking equity curve AND better and better looking drawdowns too!

- We can use the same non-correlation approach to put more logical systems into our suite of systems: We will add Panic Hedge system, Inflation Hedge system, Non-correlating Mean Reversion Long system and then rebalance it all

Trading the markets and achieving above average returns is hard. It requires research and a deep understanding of your personality and temperament. You have to study and practice. You’ll make mistakes and need to learn from them. Many people who try will fail. Getting rich quick with trading does not exist. Period. The results I have achieved are not typical. Although the systems I will share with you are proven to work, trading them with consistency requires more discipline than most people have. Sometimes you’ll make mistakes. Sometimes you’ll do everything right but lose. Drawdowns of 6 months to a year, or more, depending on your strategy is part of being a trader. In live trading your simulated systems can have larger drawdowns and you need to have a lot of emotional and mental resiliency to succeed in this business. If you are committed and have a lot of fortitude, you can become an elite trader.
